Construction giant and Quadruple A construction company DATEM Incorporated continues to flourish in the Philippine construction arena, expanding its roster of projects this 2018. Since the fourth quarter of last year, five projects have been added to the list.
For the residential condominium segment, DATEM is currently at the helm of Empire East Land’s Kasara Urban Resort Residences 3 and 5, located in Pasig City. Standing at 33 storeys, Tower 3 boasts of 36,756.75 sqm of construction floor area and 444 residential units. The 32-storey Tower 5, on the other hand, features 35,603.48 sqm of construction area and 548 residential units. Meanwhile, both Towers 3 and 5 have three parking floor levels (from the ground floor to the third floor), a garden area at level 4, and scenic glass elevators.
DATEM also continues to expand its roster of office/commercial buildings with Megaworld Corporation’s One
Le Grand Tower in McKinley, Taguig City. This project is an 18-storey office building that comprises four parking levels (from the second floor to the fifth floor) and 12 office levels (from the sixth floor to the 18th floor). A roof deck and a machine room level are also some of the features highlighted in this project.
On top of these, DATEM is all geared up to commence construction of The Brilliance Center for first-time client Nation Paper Products and Printing Corporation (NAPPCO). This project is a 15-storey office building with a roof deck and a five-level parking area.
After the success of The Mind Museum, DATEM once again makes notable contributions in the construction of modern educational buildings with the University of Santo Tomas Senior High School Building in Manila. Featuring 22 storeys, this project has two levels of parking, a multipurpose area, canteen, library, auditorium, gym, roof deck, chapel, administrative offices, faculty rooms, computer laboratories, and classrooms that span 10 levels, to name a few.
DATEM boasts of a list of notable projects under its belt, namely ABS-CBN’s ELJ Building, Discovery Primea, Discovery Shores Boracay, The Mind Museum, and One Shangri-La Place, to name a few.
