DATEM ramps up its operations as it breaches the second half of the year, with at least 32% of its total projects expected to be completed by yearend, this despite the operational restrictions brought about by the pandemic.

The residential category takes up the bulk of its total ongoing projects, 78.60% of which are located within key hubs in Metro Manila, followed by office buildings and mixed-use developments.

The rest of its ongoing portfolio includes hotels and casinos, malls, a railway, school, reservoir, and sewage treatment plant.

With health and safety protocols strictly enforced in its project sites and a company vaccination program being rolled out, DATEM remains optimistic about the industry and commits to strengthen its own capacity and capability, gearing up to engage in infrastructure projects to further its contributions to nation-building.
