The 32-story ultra high-end residential ELURIA project is being built as a reimagination of living in an elegant address while pushing the boundaries of sustainable living. In this masterpiece, DATEM will build a unique façade and balcony experience using the movable louvers for the comfort and convenience of soon-to-be residents. In this, DATEM will be using one of its reliable technologies, the precast, to ensure the strength of the building and to decrease the waste incurred on the project.

Aside from the messages from guests, another highlight of the program is the blessing of the officiating priest on the workers, equipment, supplies, and project site.

Fr. Gesus Losbanez blessed the workers and ELURIA project site during the ceremony.

The project is set to be completed in 2025 and will impact positively the economic, social, and environmental affairs of the community.
