It has also undertaken construction of the Technology Incubator Center Project located at the Fort Bonifacio Institutional Park, Taguig, for Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation; The Forbes Tower Architectural Interior Finishing Works for UCPB Properties, Inc.; the St. Luke’s Diagnostic Center Structural and Architectural Finishing Works for St. Luke’s Medical Center; the substructure works of the One Legaspi Park Project located at Rada St., Legazpi Village, Makati City, the Greenbelt Redevelopment Project located in the Greenbelt Area for Ayala Land, Inc. on a joint venture with Makati Development Corporation, the 3-Storey Warehouse Office Building located in Caloocan City for Phil. DATEM is presently undertaking the construction of the Xanland Place Condominium Project located in Katipunan, Quezon City for AIC Management & Development Corporation, the Eaton Holiday Inn located in Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City for Crown Jewel Corp., the Notre Dame De Vie, House of Solitude and Formation located in Angat, Bulacan for Notre Dame De Vie Institute, the 8 Sto. Domingo Place – Residential Tower B located in Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Quezon City for Fil-Estate Properties, Inc., the Sta. Elena Village Sierra Madre Phase I located in Sta. Rosa, Laguna for Sta. Elena Properties, Inc. and the Trace Computer & Business College located in Los Banos, Laguna for Trace Computer & Business College, and The Columns located in Ayala Avenue, Makati City for Ayala Land, Inc.

DATEM's technology and work methodology involves:

  1. Installation of pre-fixed precast exterior wall façade panels. The panels are 150mm thick 6,000 psi reinforced concrete structural elements with a smooth highly durable quality finish ready to receive paint.
  2. Specialized formworks system for the structural columns, beams, girders, retaining walls and shear walls.
  3. Installation of the precast slab panel system. The precast slab is a 50mm thick slab with cast-in-truss system. Poured off-site using steel molds with a smooth finish requiring no plastering and retouching works.
  4. Installation of precast intermediate beams.

DATEM's Construction Methodology achieves tangible benefits of:

  1. Potential construction time savings on the Structural Works.
  2. Potential services finishing trades construction and commissioning time saving of 1 or more months (dependent upon the effectivity of overall project trades coordination and control).
  3. Earlier handover of structurally complete floors to secondary and finishing trades.
  4. Earlier enclosure of floors which:
    a. Accelerates finishing trade works
    b. Increases safety
    c. Reduces cost time due to inclement weather
  5. High quality finished structural work which eliminates structural rectification and maintenance costs common to conventional construction methods.
  6. Quality controlled manufacturing and erection processes which provide a pleasing visual impact during construction thereby promoting marketing.
